Shipping policy

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the time your order is placed.

If you need to adjust or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible before your order has been processed.

Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Insurance
All orders include shipping insurance coverage up to $100.

For non-wholesale orders over $100, shipping insurance is covered by Shosh Loc Collection at no additional cost to the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Shosh Loc Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has not been received or shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local post office to file a claim.

Any insurance claims must be filed directly by the customer with the shipping carrier.
